Belzo respects your privacy and collects only information reasonably needed to operate our website, answer inquiries, prepare projects, protect our systems and improve our services.
Information we collect
We may collect information you submit, including your name, email, phone number, business details, appointment preferences, project brief, chatbot messages and uploaded or supplied business assets.
With your analytics consent, we may collect page visits, visit time, referral source, campaign parameters, browser/device information, language, timezone and screen size. Our first-party dashboard does not store raw IP addresses; it stores a short rotating hash for abuse prevention and aggregate measurement.
Cookies and similar storage
Necessary storage supports security, administrator sessions and your privacy choice. Optional analytics storage is used only after you select “Accept analytics.” You can change your choice anytime using Cookie settings.
Google services
When enabled and consented to, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may process usage data according to Google’s terms and privacy practices. Google Business Profile monitoring, when connected, retrieves authorized business listing and performance information for display in the protected Belzo dashboard.
Service providers
We may use hosting, security, communications, analytics, payment, design and cloud providers. Telnyx may process phone numbers and security codes for administrator authentication. Providers receive only information needed to perform their services.
How we use information
We use information to respond to you, provide quotes and services, schedule projects, secure accounts, maintain records, improve the website, measure campaigns, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, contractual records, security and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected administration and restricted server files, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. You may withdraw optional analytics consent at any time.
