By using this website, submitting a request or purchasing Belzo services, you agree to these terms and any written proposal, scope or service agreement issued for your project. Project-specific written terms prevail if they conflict with this page.
Services and scope
Belzo provides website strategy, content, design, development, deployment and optional related services. “Same-day” or “SiteDay” describes the concentrated production phase after the agreed content, assets, domain access, approvals and payment requirements are ready. It is not a guarantee that preparation, third-party approvals or every project will be completed within one calendar day.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, timely feedback, authorized account access and materials you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing names, prices, claims, policies, regulatory statements and other factual content before launch.
Fees, deposits and changes
Prices shown on this website are starting offers and may exclude taxes, third-party costs and optional features. Payment schedule, refunds, revisions and deliverables are defined in the accepted proposal. Work outside the agreed scope may require a change order and additional fees.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive the rights to final custom deliverables stated in your proposal. Belzo retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable systems, methods and licensed components. Fonts, stock assets, software, plugins and third-party services remain subject to their own licences.
Portfolio use
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Belzo may identify the client and display the completed public website in its portfolio. Confidential information and unpublished materials will not be intentionally disclosed.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, analytics, maps, ecommerce, AI, messaging, booking and other third-party services are governed by their providers. Belzo is not responsible for provider outages, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes or services outside our control.
SEO and business results
Belzo may provide technical SEO foundations, keyword research and related services, but does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, platform approval or specific business outcomes.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or our services for unlawful activity, abuse, security attacks, infringement, deceptive conduct or distribution of harmful code.
Warranties and liability
Except for commitments expressly stated in a written agreement, services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Belzo excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Belzo’s aggregate liability relating to a project will not exceed the fees paid to Belzo for the affected service.
Termination
Either party may terminate as allowed by the project agreement. Fees for completed work, committed third-party costs and approved milestones remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in Ontario unless the parties agree to another process.
